Covered material

These terms cover only the original text authored and controlled by Builder Stack on these two canonical pages:

They do not license the rest of this website, the game, downloadable products, any linked site, embedded third-party media or quotations, third-party assets, private memories or account bindings, source repositories, or approved internal reference assets. Existing third-party notices and separately supplied licenses continue to apply. Where we do not own or control material, these terms grant no rights to it.

Reading and discovery remain free

People may read the covered pages without payment, registration or newsletter signup. They may keep a copy for their own reference and share links to the original pages. People may apply the ideas and methods in their own original work. These permissions do not include publishing or selling copies of the documentation or the paid toolkit.

Automated services may crawl and index the covered text for ordinary search results and for retrieval systems, including AI indexes. They may retrieve the covered text as input to answer a user request and produce concise summaries or short supporting extracts. These uses are permitted in both commercial and noncommercial services without a monetary fee, subject to attribution and the limits below.

Attribution and output limits

When displaying a search excerpt, summary or answer that uses this text, provide visible credit to Builder Stack and a functional link to the specific original page near the relevant result. Preserve the original page URL and attribution with internal retrieval records so that downstream displayed results can carry that credit. No public credit is required for a private human reading session; the visible-credit requirement applies when a service displays a result derived from the covered material.

Use only the extracts reasonably needed to support the particular search result or answer. Summaries should explain the material in the service's own words. This permission does not authorize reproducing an entire page or guide, a substantial part that substitutes for it, or a sequence of outputs that reconstructs the work. It also does not authorize selling or publishing a copied corpus, mirror, translation, audiobook, derivative edition or toolkit. Retaining text in a nonpublic search or retrieval index solely for the permitted discovery and answering functions is allowed; that is not permission to distribute the index as a reusable corpus.

Uses that need separate permission

This license does not authorize model training or fine-tuning on the covered text, supplying it as training data, or using it to create training examples or training-oriented synthetic datasets. Full or substantial republication, translations or other derivative editions, and corpus distribution also need a separate written permission from the rights holder. A separate permission would govern its own stated scope; the RSL file must be updated or an appropriate separate license association supplied for any automated usage that conflicts with the published RSL policy.

Paid toolkit and other rights

The Builder Stack download remains governed by the USAGE.md and notices supplied with that purchase. Its current permissions let purchasers install, run and modify the owner-authored workflow files on machines they control, including in commercial and client projects. Its files, including modified copies, may not be redistributed, resold or published as a toolkit. The creator makes no ownership claim over the purchaser's original output. This public-document policy neither expands nor removes those purchaser permissions and imposes no new activation requirement.

These terms grant only the stated permissions over material the publisher controls. They do not limit rights or exceptions independently available under applicable law. Material is supplied as is, without a promise that a described process will work for every project or host.
